About Mark

Mark is as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the National Exercise Trainers Association. Mark spent six years coaching college basketball, including two years at his alma mater, where he earned a master’s degree in sports administration and two years at Northwood University. While at Northwood, Mark created and implemented the strength and conditioning program for the men's basketball team. Sports and fitness have always been an important part of Mark’s life.

About Colleen

Colleen became passionate about fitness and running while in the process of losing 50 pounds. Colleen has been an avid runner for several years, completing 15 Half Marathons, 9 Full Marathons, and 1 Ultra Marathon, and currently is a member of the National Physique Committee, and competes in the Bikini & Wellness category. In her first show at nearly 58 years of age placed 2nd. She has certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Bodybuilding Specialists from ISSA, and a Health Coaching Certification from the Health Coach Institute.

About Tara

Tara wasn’t always passionate about fitness. Her journey began in 2011 when she decided it was time to get healthy and lose all the excess weight she was carrying. By 2014, she had lost a total of 80 pounds, and grown a passion for fitness for herself and others. She began helping others in 2017 when she became a TRX Instructor at Greater Midland. After much prompting from her trainer, she pursued her personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2018. Tara hopes her own weight loss and fitness journey will inspire and encourage her clients.

About Joshua

Joshua hails from the east coast. His current certifications include NCSF and ISSA CPT, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, ISSA Senior Fitness Specialist, ISSA Exercise Recovery Coach, Fly Yoga School yoga instructor and Yoga Alliance member. His niche continuing education includes Muscle Building Supplements, Patellofemoral Pain, Golfer’s Elbow, Shin Splints, and Stress Fractures through NCSF. For the last 15 years, he has focused on educating himself in injury recovery and prevention by working with Doctors of Physical Therapy, Chiropractors, and Osteopaths post-injury to further build on the stability, mobility, and strength while avoiding movements that may be contraindicated due to age or current physical abilities. His client’s programming is built with movements based on an individual's specific neuromuscular efficiency. This ensures a progressive approach so that every session is a step towards your journey in overall wellness, making goals attainable and enjoyable.

About Jill

Jill has been involved in personal training for more than 34 years. She is certified through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). Previous certifications include ACE, NASM and ACLS. Her fitness and health experience also come from working in a cardiology practice, organizing and running a women's strength-training class for Bloomfield Hills Recreation Department, personal training at Lifetime Fitness in Shelby Township and Franklin Racquet Club in Southfield, as well as in-home personal training.
